• Duly filled in Form "X " along with Computer Proforma (5 Copies) 
• Original National Identity Card along with four photo copies
• Old Pakistani Passport along with two copies of first four Pages (Page 1 to page 4).
• Two copies of  New/Valid Pakistani Passport (Page 1 to page 4f).
•  Letter from Norwegian Authorities regarding acceptance of Norwegian Nationlity.
• Original Bank Receipt showing payment of NOK 100/- in Embassy's Bank account No. 7878-05-28051
• Six recent  passport size colour photographs with blue back ground.
• Two self addressed envelops with postal tickets/stamps amounting to NOK 60/- 

Note: (i) Applicant should not be less than 21 years old.(ii) Applicant must write his/ her name at the backside of photographs.  

• A copy of Document (After attestation of M/O Foreign Affairs / Notary Public)
• A copy of valid Passport 
• Original Passport (In case of Power of Attorney, a copy of deed of property concerned, NIC of person whom Power of Attorney is being given)

Important:

• Documents issued by Pakistan based authorities are to be first attested by M/o Foreign Affairs, Pakistan. 
• Documents issued by Local authorities are to be attested first by Norwegian Notary Public.
