Instructions

Fill-out the new NADRA forms for POC applications available on website for download. Old forms are not accepted by NADRA

1. NICOP and POC forms will be accepted through  courier OR  will be accepted on embassy counter only on Wednesday and Friday.

2. Delivery of POC and NICOP only on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

3.Telephone Enquiries 1:30pm to 2:30pm from Monday to Thursday (Phone:  23 13 60 87)

4. Personal Visit or Enquiries  Wednesday from  9:15am to 12:15am.

5. NADRA cards Fees deposited / transferred  in the DnBNOR Bank  NADRA account number 1503-20-80119 and attach the receipt with forms.

6. Please write your Local phone number ( Mobile and Land Line) of Norway on the form for further contact.

Required Documents for POC:

  • Completed POC Application Form.
  • 2 photographs (passport size).
  • Bank Draft/Bank Receipt for POC application
  • Copy of Foreign passport.
  • Birth certificate
  • Copy of nikkah nama (marriage certificate English/Urdu NOT Norwegian)
  • For applicants below 18 ( nikkah nama/marriage certificate of parents English/Urdu NOT Norwegian)
  • One Self addressed prepaid envelope sending by mail (stamped and self-addressed).
  • Copy of parents passport
  • Copy of spouse passport
  • Copy of the blood relative’s ID card
  • Copy of Renunciation Letter (for applicants who gained Norwegian Nationality. Does not apply for applicants who are born in Norway)
  • At least 1 proof of Pakistani origin:
    • Copy of Pakistani passport
    • Copy of National ID Card (NIC)
    • Proof of property owned in Pakistan
    • Proof of relationship with a Pakistani; e.g. (Marriage or Birth  Certificate), along with the relative's Pakistani passport or NIC.

POC Requirements: ( Renewal )

1. Completed POC application form (Application form to be filled in properly with black ink and clearly print or type in CAPITAL letters. Please do not leave any column blank)

2. Two (2)  current photographs (passport size, light blue background preferred).

3. Bank Receipt  for the fees mentioned in the above table made payable to the Embassy.

4. Attach the colored photocopy of Old POC and Valid Foreign Passport along with renunciation certificate.

5. One Self addressed prepaid envelope sending by mail (stamped and self-addressed). Please make sure to send a document-size envelop so we can send back portions of applications if so needed. This envelope will be used to send you back your receipt as well.

IMPORTANT: POC

•  Complete  information of Pakistani relative living in Pakistan.

•  Personal information, left thumb impression and signature (With Black ink) are required. For children, left thumb impression is required. In place of their signature, just write their names.

Note: Please surrender original CNIC card issued by NADRA if you are applying for a POC.

Documents Required for NICOP.

  • Completed English/Urdu Application Form
  • 2 photographs (passport size).
  • Copy of Pakistani passport (valid or expired for not more than 1 year),
  • Copy of National ID Card (NIC) or the RG-2 (Form-B). In case neither is available, the registration of Pakistani children born abroad may be used (Form S-1).
  • Copy of nikkah nama (marriage certificate English/Urdu NOT Norwegian)
  • For applicants below 18 ( nikkah nama/marriage certificate of parents English/Urdu NOT Norwegian)
  • Copy of parents passport
  • Copy of spouse passport
  • Bank receipt for the application
  • Copy of the blood relative’s ID card
  • Birth certificate (English/Urdu NOT Norwegian)
  • IMPORTANT: Attester information (Column 29-31) IS REQUIRED . Attester is a person EXCEPT the applicant, their mother, father and spouse that already has a computerized Pakistani National ID Card (CNIC or NICOP) . This can be anyone. Example: A neighbor, a distant relative, a friend or a coworker.
  •  One Self addressed prepaid envelope sending by mail (stamped and self-addressed).
