NADRA/POC/FRC
NADRA cards can be applied via Pak ID Mobile Application (downloadable from both App Store and Google Play) OR via Pak ID weblink http://id.nadra.gov.pk/ OR directly at the newly established NADRA Counter in the Embassy.
Requirements for Application Submission at NADRA counter at the Embassy

- Duly filled-in Application form (for POC applicants only)

- Duly filled-in Application form (for POC cancellation applicants only) downloadable here
- Original current NADRA card (valid or expired)
- Photocopies of Parents’ ID cards
- Original Foreign passport OR original Legal Residence Permit
- Photocopy of Pakistani passport (valid or expired)
- Photocopy of Marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of birth certificate (for children below 18)
- Photocopy of death certificate (only for cases of card cancellation in case of death of its holder)
- Original Nationality Reclamation certificate (for POC cancellation cases only)
- Details of 2 verifiers for NICOP and 1 verifier for POC applications. The verifiers must be CNIC holders
- Fee is directly charged by NADRA via debit/credit card. Fee amount depends on the category of applications/shipping address. (Please ensure that your bank ID App or brikkes are with you at time of payment)
IMPORTANT NOTICE
NADRA operation at the Embassy is handled by a limited number of staff. In view of heavy influx of applicants at the Embassy, they are encouraged to use Pak ID Mobile App OR Pak ID website as a preferred mode of application submission. The applicants are welcome to approach the Embassy for technical support or in case they are unable to apply online themselves.
To discourage fake websites and unauthorized agencies from processing the NADRA cards, NADRA has launched 24/7 chat service and an online complaint management system (CMS) with a response time of 24 hours.
