Documents Required:

Note: All applicants must also present originals and photocopies of required documents.

A copy of Valid National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP).
A copy of Pakistani Passport (from page 1-3)
A copy of Valid Norwegian Resident Permit (oppholdstillatelse) or Foreign Passport (for dual nationality holders only).
Marriage Certificate/Passport of Spouse in case of married
Fresh NOC required for the Government Employee/Officers from their respective department.
For First time passport of child, please bring the following documents:
- Birth Certificate of child with parents names.
- Valid NICOP/Juvenile Card/CRC Form containing photograph/fingerprints issued from NADRA.
- Parents Passport & CNICs
- Parents Norwegian Passport or Residence Cards

NOTE: VALID CNIC/NICOP AND RESIDENT CARD IS MANDATORY FOR MRP.

Valid NICOP/Juvenile Card/CRC Form containing photograph/fingerprints issued from NADRA.
Birth Certificate with both parents names on it
Parents’ Pakistani passports (in original) and NADRA ID Cards (in original) and their photocopies.
Foreign Passport along with its two copies, in case of dual nationality holders only.
Attestation by Father / Mother on the form.
Both parents must visit along with child for passport application.

First Time Loss: Double fees will be charged.
Second Time Loss: Quadruple fees will be charged
Third time lost: fee will be charged eight times & approval required by Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, Islamabad, Pakistan.
Police Report for the lost passport and valid Visa or Residency proof from the Immigration Department.

No photographs & Passport forms are required.
For Collection of Passport, Applicant may personally visit the office or family member (Father, Mother, Husband or wife or any blood relative) may collect the passport.
Applicants who wish to receive their passports by post, may provide a prepaid traceable Recommended/Registered return envelope with their address written on it. However, Embassy will not be responsible for any delay or loss because of post office.
